It’s that time of year for school to start back. And with school starting back that means we are back to the daily struggle of trying to get Little Miss Kroger Couponing to eat healthy meals but yet finding the balance of the busy schedule. I feel like making it a rare treat makes it even more special. Thankfully, Jimmy Dean makes it easy to add some protein to this meal by having Fully Cooked Sausage links that are easy to toss into the microwave while the cinnamon rolls are in the oven. Every breakfast can’t be as special as the first day of school breakfast! But, it can be just as exciting and tasty! At the end of our long first day of school, we continue treating like a special occasion by allowing Little Miss Kroger Couponing to pick what she wants for dinner. I do tell her that it has to be something simple and easy because our first day is always hectic and at the end of the a long day I really just need to be able to throw something together quickly! Little Miss Kroger Couponing loves chicken nuggets dipped in ranch dressing but when I let her pick her favorite easy meal she always goes for the Chicken Patty Pizzas. Tyson really steals Little Miss Kroger Couponing’s heart with these patties! They are like large chicken nuggets! I “dress” them up a little bit to make them less of the same old same old. So, we use Tyson Natural Chicken Patties and we top them with pizza sauce and Mozzarella cheese and then we call them Chicken Patty Pizzas. This is a super simple dinner and it’s Little Miss Kroger Couponing’s favorite! Plus, you always need watermelon after a long hot day of school! I was able to pick up all these items at my local Kroger store. I love being able to go into Kroger and grab these items to make my quick and easy meals.
